Leanda Herring lives in Adelaide in an 1890s bluestone cottage where she likes to imagine the lives of those who lived there in the past. Beneath Her Lies is her debut crime novel. Leanda is a writer, teacher, and musician. Her fascination for reading mysteries and crime began as a child. As an adult, her passion for writing crime short stories and flash fiction includes her winning flash story A Timely Reminder. Leanda’s interest in crime and mysteries is not limited to adult fiction with her next project being a middle grade mystery novel. When she is not writing, Leanda can often be found sitting in a sunny spot, reading a good book with a cat snuggled up on her lap.
