Conditions of Entry:
Authors must be under 21 years of age
Authors must not use any AI in writing their short stories.
Include your full name, email, and address.
Entries will be accepted from local SA writers only.
All entries will be considered for publication on the Moonglow Publishing Youth Writers Blog. Let us know if you would be interested in this opportunity.
All winners will be officially announced on May 9th at the Macclesfield Literary Festival, and winners will be notified in advance by 6pm Friday May 8th and invited to attend the opening of the Macclesfield Literary Festival to receive their prize and certificate, and if willing, to read their short story to the audience (optional).
All entries will receive a certificate of participation.
Moonglow Publishing reserves the right not to award the prizes if the entries are deemed unsuitable.
Employees and family members of the sponsors are not eligible to apply.

E.D. Bridges grew up in and around Adelaide, South Australia, and currently lives in the small semi-rural town of Macclesfield, in the Adelaide Hills, an idyllic, quiet, natural
setting which provides the perfect environment to create and write stories. E.D. Bridges is fascinated by history, humanity and storytelling and the author’s main literary influences include Yoshihiro Togashi, author of Hunter x Hunter and Rick Riordan, author of Percy Jackson. Strings on Me is E.D. Bridges debut novel and was written during the global COVID-19 pandemic. E.D. Bridges is now busy working on a sequel.
